These terms cover your use of corr, the iOS app and this website. By using corr you agree to them.
corr connects to services you already use, reads measurements from them, and shows you the patterns between them. It is a tool for noticing things about your own data. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a financial adviser.
corr is not medical or financial advice. Findings describe statistical relationships in your data. A correlation is not a cause, and corr cannot know what else is going on in your life. Do not use corr to diagnose, treat or make decisions about a health condition, and do not use it as the basis for a financial decision. Speak to a qualified professional.
You need an account to use corr. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 years old.
corr works by reading services you connect. When you connect one you confirm that the account is yours, or that you are permitted to grant access to it, and you authorise corr to read from it on your behalf.
corr requests read-only access and never writes to a connected account. You can disconnect any source at any time from Account, and you can also revoke access from the service's own settings. Connected services are run by other companies under their own terms; corr is not responsible for their availability, their accuracy, or changes they make to what they allow.
You keep all rights to the data corr reads on your behalf. You grant us only the permission needed to operate corr for you: to store that data, to display it back to you, and to process it to generate your findings. That permission ends when you delete the data or your account. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
corr offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple ID settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period intact. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. If prices change we will tell you before the change applies to you.
We try to keep corr working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Connected services change their APIs, restrict access, or go down, and any of those can stop a source working without notice. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
corr reports what connected services report. If a service supplies incomplete or wrong figures, corr will show them. Findings are generated automatically and may be wrong, trivial, or coincidental. Use judgement.
You can stop using corr and delete your account at any time from Account, which deletes what we hold about you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to close.
To the extent the law allows, corr is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of what corr showed you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use corr afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
